All purchases made through Cajun Body Care are final sale. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
We kindly ask that customers review all product descriptions, ingredients, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.
Body Butter & Heat Sensitivity (Seasonal Shipping Notice)
All Cajun Body Care products are handcrafted using natural oils and butters. Because we do not use artificial stabilizers, body butters may soften or melt when exposed to warm or fluctuating temperatures during shipping.
During warmer months, particularly throughout the summer, elevated temperatures may increase the likelihood of melting while in transit. To help minimize this, we include an ice pack with each order during periods of high heat.
Despite these precautions, melting may still occur due to conditions beyond our control once the package leaves our facility. This is normal and does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or safety of the product.
If your body butter arrives softened or melted:

Place the product in the refrigerator until it returns to its original consistency

Allow it to come to room temperature before use
Please note: Melted or softened body butter is not considered damaged and is not eligible for a return or refund.
Shipping & Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 weeks for order processing and delivery. This timeframe includes order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping transit.
Because our products are made in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods such as new product launches, promotions, or holidays.
